I am starting this work in progress tutorial about credit prices for the book.
Please paste here the books which spawn on your mission rewards page.

While pasting, please mention the name of the book, price of the book in mission credits and if it was a special offer.

Also would help if you have any special comments about a particular book. Thanks..!!

Edit: Seems like books are not available as a special offer to anyone. They all come as a regular deal.

Edit 2: Received the below message from someone. Only real piece of information that I have read about drug addiction gain book:

surprising result :) went from - 31% to no brain icon. got to swiss lost 97% with 4 rehabs. No idea if it removes all but 1% or 30%

Thanks for the guide, looks good so far.

Some of my notes on books in my link to thread below. Not sure how much you want to embellish on this guide, but it would be nice to get everyone's input on how to best min/max the use of all books.

Also Navin's use of the Jail/Bust Book allows for what is normally near/is impossible to do other wise

Mentions: Busted lvl 91 and lvl 98 both in jail over 34 hour · What book did you get?

Like other items books can be of different mission credits cost too right?
because I'm pretty sure the The Book : No Shame No Pain is Book Item. Provides a passive 100% bonus to Defense for 31 days only cost me 1069 credits instead of the listed 1648

To get an imgur link to appear in chat you have to click the A in the top right of the text box and choose insert image, then paste the url into the source field and then add the file extension manually - eg .png or .jpg or .gif.

I'm waiting for more data. They can appear at different costs for others. Are you sure about the price of that defense book? I'll edit the price accordingly.

I've looked at the total mission credits recieved and deducted my remaining points and it was 1069, so yea I'm sure :)
I don't remember if it was on discount though, no way to check that out I guess?

Not now, unless you took the screenshot back then.

Also, I am yet to see anyone get a book as "Special Offer". Haven't had anyone report a book as a special offer.
