He managed to create the most tame religious discussion in the entirety of Torn...amazing.
Interfering with the evils of this world would render free will meaningless. I don't think it's that he wouldn't or doesn't care, it's that he views us as having chosen our way long ago and interfering now would make his experiment null.
I do agree though, even if he is justifying his inaction with humanity's rebellion in the garden of Eden, he's still letting many suffer for something some people did thousands of years ago. Regardless of intent it's deplorable he'd allow it to exist.
So then it would destroy free will ok so my next argument would be.
So he made us in his image why are so many people terrible terrible people
How many sequels are as good as the original?
Original sin happened after creation, not before, and was influenced by an outside force. Granted Adam and Eve still had the capacity to sin, which is something to question, but this forever corrupted humanity regardless. We were known as sinners from then on. We may seek redemption through the Lord's teachings and repentance for our sins.
No. There is nothing so far that has convinced me to believe, or start believing again (believed up until i was 10, because of how i was raised as a christian). Even if i did, I do not believe any religion's teachings and their portrayal of the world and god.
