Differences between HOF and Tornstats

I noticed that there are big differences between my rank in HOF and in Tornstats ( www.tornstats.com/playergraphs.php ).
For example my travelling rank in HOF is 6608 and in tornstasts it is 5273 . Is it because Fedded players are ignored in tornstats? And is it possible that 20% of players that travelled more than me are fedded now?

It's because tornstats only includes those players whose stats have been checked by users of the tornstats script. The difference will become smaller as more inactive players' stats are looked at over time.

Doest it mean that if i will open stats of another player it will automatically add him to tornstats database?

Yes, I think that's how it works, it's done once per day. They made it like that because there are so many low level inactive accounts.

Take it as you will, but i figure my stats track the most active profiles anyway as you guys are more likely to view 'more important' profiles more often which eliminates all the inactive accounts that people don't interact with anymore.
