Oh yes, i can see how Ched and his team of dev-ils didn't think to take down BodyBagger ages ago when he was building up his stats or when he was establishing himself as the top..but choose to do it now with an NPC account that has lower stats than BB.

Admins have edited players stats in the past.... kinda surprised they haven't again....

I hear what you are saying and get how you can view it that way. But I view an "NPC" as meaning a Non Player Controlled" character. So if it is controlled by a player I personally don't feel it is Right. Someone earlier said if it's using artificial intelligence as a negative. I am cool with that. I feel everything is fine except human emotion going into an NPC. Just my personal feelings. Otherwise integrity of the game will be questioned

Duke is hit-a-ble and they are not a "player" -- there should truly not be any emotions involved when it comes to a NPC. Perhaps best if the "personality" of Duke were removed, if they can't handle being hit -- it is after all a PVP game and not Farmville.

With a large segment of players having completed their Duke Mission, those coming up are really not able to often find groups to hit Duke, so I know of a number of folks that use BB's services to complete the mission. Most factions don't want to do a group and waste all the E it would take -- it's more economical for a player to hire BB, than it is to hand out all the energy cans it would take for most faction groups to take down Duke.

I see you have completed only 62 contracts, so are you cognizant of the details of what is actually going on?

It's simple Torn economy and Duke, as an NPC, and not a regular player should suck it up, and even if a regular player they should suck it up. So they get hit here and there, not like it's cramping their style of play

Also why ONLY TARGET bodybagger many other people also attack duke REPEATEDLY when they see Duke's health getting lowered go after all of those players and their employees and factions................

Once or twice Duke dont mind, in fact Duke likes it. If I aint taken my meds I might even join in and punch myself in the jaw. I stopped there. Are you serious? There is thread organizing group attacks on Duke and for quite a while it was every day. BB just offered his "services" to make more money than he would with the mug itself and if you attack Duke while BB is with out his permission you get something like this:

BodyBagger usually doesn't 'volunteer' himself in Duke attacks. I've organised a few myself in those particular forums and as far as I can tell he didn't show up a single time.

Bravekath has a valid point as it is becoming increasingly difficult to find decent teams. Your point only proves what BB has said earlier in that half his mugs get sniped. Which is quite obviously the case in the chat you posted ( BB takes down duke in ~10 attacks, 2fhc = 12 attacks.)

To me this just seems like Duke can't handle his own missions he gives out.

So what this is torn, there were at least 3 members of Vulpes attacking at the time and the mug was less than 9m I simply would have said get f**ked. So you chat people crying when they take down your target during wars or take you down? Some times all these BB fans just make me sick.

Then why are you in a thread about BodyBagger. Surely this is the one place you shouldn't be if you get sick of seeing BB fans.

Regardless I'm posting my points against Duke in these threads as I think the person running Duke is doing an awful job & it should get a drastic change. Not because I'm a BB fan, BB is just another player trying to play his own game. Why should he be at a disadvantage cause he had the ingame money to become the strongest player in the game? It's not his fault that he's stronger than an NPC.

Look at WoW, for example, which is another RPG game (which seems to be the biggest argument of most people against it, that it's roleplay.) If people get too strong they introduce new bosses, not buff the current ones and make them into massive nearly rulebreaking a*****es who ruin the game for the stronger players that have farmed said boss a 100 times for better gear.

Now they don't have to copy another game, but they can take it as an example.
