To make this clear, my goal in this game is to open a company, the company i work in at the moment i am the second highest position and when i go on the funds tab I am not only able to see the funds but there is a section where is say take out funds, and i was wonder if I was to open my company would an employee be able to do this too? hypothetical situation time: lets say that you have joined a company, and the owner has put you into a position where you can not only see the funds but can take the funds of the company. and you take said funds and quit, would you be able to see who took out the funds?
look this is just a question to see if when I open my company the people who I employ will have the same power
Personally, I wouldn't do it. That is going to be a good way to make an enemy and it would be easy to advertise across the game through the chats. It would make life a bit difficult short term and potentially long term.
Scamming/stealing/whatever is legal so take the money and run if that's what you want to do. However, you can't withdraw money from someone else's company technically.
scamming is legal. but there are a LARGE proportion of players who shun/wont have any dealings with/make life difficult etc etc
for scammers.
there are plenty of people who play this game who wont have any dealings with you even say if you havent scammed anyone for 5 + years.
once you have geeked out and done your scamming there are people who will never forgive you.
i was around when scamming was made legal and saw the geeks doing their scamming. there are still a few of the big scamming nerds around even though most of them dont scam anymore.
i have clicked ignore on them and they are on my blacklist. some people just dont want any dealings with players like that.
some people wont have any dealings with cheaters either even though they have a lot of power through their cheating some people wont have any dealings with the nerds.
Yes. But text browser games attract nerds. A lot of them bad nerds ie the cheaters, scammers etc. A lot of the people who play this game only think of themselves. This is the same in every text browser game.
So all the nice players need a tool kit. Glasses which work and a calm mind. Never speed click in this game with trades etc.
The smartest thing you could have done is post your plan in this forum. This might even shame the director of the company where you are employed into giving you all of that money, since he obviously pays so poorly that he is driving his employees to thoughts of theft.
In this hypothetical world, in that hypothetical situation if you choose to hypothetically take the money, you would get hypothetically bounties, enemied and hypothetically screwed for a long time in your hypotheticall torn life
lol, im trying to understand the rules of game and the comunity it has.... i am not going to just steal the money! I like the company i am working at... I only have to work there a few more days and then I can start my buisness lol

scamming anyone will deem you as a scumbag and no one will ever trust you again. if you ever have the chance to scam it is not worth it there are players that scammed 10 years ago that are on the straight and narrow path today and still get shit blacklisted by factions for it. if you steal from the wrong person it will ruin your game, no one will ever trust you again, and most factions wont ever take you in if you're a scammer, some still will but you limit yourself in the game by doing it.
some scammers go on just fine but you gotta be a real sack of shit IRL to ruin someone elses game by stealing their stuff that they trusted you with.
ok, so when I open my company the people who will work there wont be able to actually access the money, this is good news. Thank you for clearing this up for me :D
