i think it would be nice to have a properties account that you can put money into and it automatically would pay your property up keep for you. like a direct withdraw, you put enough money in and you wouldn't have to worry about the up keep for a month or so. just a thought

It takes so long for not paying your upkeep to affect you in any way, I just wonder if there's much of a benefit to this?
I rhink people will use is as a vault if you can claim the money you put in back to your account
unless you make it a "no withdrawals" vault, you put in money and it stays there to pay upkeep, cant be used as a vault
Yhea but what with rental get money back when rental is over?
