Yeah, I didn't mean leaders that have gone totally inactive, I meant the ones who hang on to their leadership and don't look after their members best interest. It's good for the game if players in such factions find better places to call home.

Every member can see all upgrades and selected specialization trees, but only leaders have the ability to select new specialization trees and make upgrades.

I system as intricate as the upgrade trees needs a single mind / person making the final decisions. Having both leaders and co-leaders making updates can cause confusion and accidents are far more likely to happen.

I also feel that leaders are the actual leaders / owners of a faction - not the co-leaders. And only the actual leaders of factions should have this important ability that can cause harm to a faction if mistreated. If a faction has a leader who is inactive, that entire faction is inactive in my eyes, and the leader must be replaced (by the leader themselves, or automated due to activity) or the faction isn't a real faction.

Okay, just to address this Foxxeh crap. She had a ton of rough shit to deal with in RL as shown on her profile. When she went to come back you (Vulpes) had an active plan in motion to try to take the faction from her, she ended up getting this information. So she comes back from rough shit in RL to you trying to forcibly take her faction (rather than discussing the issue with her).

Then you get upset when she continues to hold onto it and you say "Well she could temporarily hand it off while she's away." What's temporary? You shitheels tried to pull it out from under her during a rough period in her life. That's a fac she'd never get back.

At the same time she's always maintained that she is OWNER , not the faction as a whole and never tried to hide that fact. In my opinion she's been too nice to you guys in response to the shit you put her through regarding it. You know if you treated her like a human she'd be running things actively. When you actively run her out while being douches trying to get "admin action" to take her faction well...you brought it on yourselves (not all of you mind you). Get the **** over it. Treat her like a human being and maybe it wont be an issue? It's easy enough for me to get her on to do things, why isn't it for you? Because none of you treat her like a human.

To top it off she has good reason to hold onto it. She's always maintained it as a haven for new players and has had many waves through the years (as many older players from her faction know) where her members wanted to turn it into a hardcore chaining faction. If she let go it'd inevitably go in that direction and she knows it. Good for her for trying to keep it for the future so newbs still have a place. (assuming you guys ever lay the **** off on her)

TL;DR ****in' deal with it and move on, you in a large way brought it on yourselves. Don't like it? There's tons of facs with specials, half the people I see complaining from Vulpes haven't done shit for it.

You could just do what you did before and look for another faction that you can try and usurp leadership after weeks of pretending to be a loyal member. :3

Can it at least be made so people can see other upgrade trees as well? So that we can see what some of the requirements are.

Doesnt look intricate at all to me. Just because you gave it fancy face lift doesnt make it more complex. C'mon bro.

Foxxeh has my sympathy for what she has gone through, as few people have that much happen to them in such a short span of time. I, however, believe in karma, and can only give her so much credence. We all go through periods of shit in our lives, but rarely do they happen through no part of our own. I hope her life recovers soon, as no one deserves such hardship, but it is no excuse to perpetuate it through selfishness.

If she was nice, she would've handed it off. If she wanted to prove she was worthy of respect even during this time of doubt, she would have given us a newsletter to explain things. She would have accepted that she's not active right now, and designated someone she trusts to hold onto the fac until she was ready and stable. You do not hold the position of leader lightly - you hold the fate of a faction in your hands. She chooses to stagnate and stymie us. Does she have my sympathy? Yes. Does she have my respect? Not anymore.

I don't logically see nobody having contacted her about this issue before she decided to take revenge for a slight she considered unfair. If the mission was to continue upholding a haven for new players, why the hell am I discovering this now, and why are you the one to say it? Why was it not made more obvious? Why is it not in the fac description? This many people cannot have dropped the ball so often that Foxxeh is nothing but the victim - both sides must take responsibility, and I don't see her taking any herself.

It's foolish to assume this is a grudge against her. This is just disappointment and frustration in a situation that should not even exist, let alone having been perpetuated this long. -.-

I can't blame her if she doesn't trust anyone to fill that position after there was a mass mutiny organized against her. But that's just me. I really wouldn't have even responded to this but people seem insistent on derailing the thread and making it about her. Yet they wonder why she still hasn't come back.
