Is it true that Solitude got banned because he bought nudes with xanax and it was considered RMT?

Why isn't buying graphics with Torn cash considered RMT? Is it because the graphics are used in peoples' profiles, thus they are for use within Torn?

If so, does that mean that if Solitude had bought the nudes for display in his profile, he, while still subject to some sort of censorship and punishment (and maybe liability outside of Torn too, I don't know), would not have been 999'd for RMT? Is it too late for him to address this little misunderstanding? Let me be very clear however that I do not recommend doing this.

Even if you have a point from a purely technical perspective, it is irrelevant as the rules don't have to be watertight technically. You can't hire a lawyer and be released because there might be a loophole.
