Very little, but I can't remember exactly how much. Totally not worth it.

Last time I used that it reset my happiness after taking loads of boosters n shit, so be careful.
According to TCBasic,
Xbox = Uses 5 energy for 8-15 Happy
Xbox 360 = Uses 5 energy for 15-20 Happy
Xbox is usually used as a collector item.
You're better off even just with a candy and training the E, definitely not worth using the E for happiness.
Much like its real life counterpart.. []
I bought a bunch of those half a year ago and the price has steadily fallen, pretty sure nobody wants to collect those haha
Well anybody wanna buy some unopened Xbox consoles ?
You spent a few minutes playing on the Xbox, you gained 12 happiness at the expense of 5 energy!

Man, what a rip off! xD
Lol, thats why no one really uses them. Take one candy, and its already 25 happiness :)
Actually I can see a time when it can be. Say you're a brand new account. You have tons of happy to regain since you just rented a castle. After a certain point yes it's worth using the gym not at full happy even on a new account. But at 100 happy the gains are pitiful.
Cheap candy would be the best option in that situation.
Use candy even in that case(until you max your booster cd), then use an ecstasy.
Or simply use edvd
Yes I know the candy would be a good solution but it wouldn't get you to full happy before the CD is maxed.
