what are the sources to get money from to do premium train everyday ? trading and flower running are the efficient one but it's impossible to do both at a time. as a mediocre player, u can't depend on share market too . Then, how to get 13m every day for ur need ?
You can't do it if you're a mediocre player, you need to step up your game and become a superior player. On a more serious note, don't spend all your money on "premium training", fix your economy first. Never spend more money than you make.
Even if you have a PI and you grind flying for plushies, your profit for a day would still be around 6M, still not enough and I agree with JussiJernkuuk, you should fix your economy first before you go for a daily premium train. Consider doing a premium train once or maybe twice a week and invest all your extra profit in the bank.

2B bank invested for 2 months, with some merits, is risk free constant income stream and should be prioritized. Interest will be around 300m or around 5m/daily. How you use this 5m is up to you. You can reinvest your interest every 2 months to build your stock or asset portfolio.
3B can be banked if you work at a 10* oil rig and the interest gets better, just multiply by 1.5
This 300m is a game changer. Its 1.8B in a year.
Its also good to define your expenses, daily or monthly for different prespectives. A Donator Pack is 25m/month, or 0.8m/day. One of those numbers might be more meaningful to you.

I worked in an Adult Novelties to get DVDs with JP to help finance the premium trains and ran plushies/flowers to do them about 3 times per week on average.
For me, premium train is 3x xanax, 1 energy refill and 4 FHC, and that is not even near to 13 mil.
And if you want to earn 13 mil daily for whatever your "premium train" is, putting 2 bil in bank, or 3 bil if you get a work in an Oil rig, and travelling 2 times per day is enough to get you to the sum of 13 mil daily very easy.
3x Xanax, a dozen truffles, 4 eDVDs (if you're not working in a store), an Ecstasy and 1 energy refill is around 15M. That's a premium train for a lower level player who doesn't have a ton of money.
Generally when someone says "Premium Train" I think of Premium Option #1 from Hank's old guides... so 900 stack of energy (Thanks Xanax!) + 4-5 Erotic DVDs + Ecstasy + Refill.
