But muggers are rather annoying but what exactly are you hoping to achieve with this?
You're saying they are buy muggers but give no proof, you're now drawing unwanted attention to yourself and others will so this to you just because you've made it clear it annoys you.
My suggestion would be to grave this thread and deal with it better.
