Working towards a drivers' license, will take me quite a while though.
Mob boss is better than arson warehouse. Stealth virus is crappy for ce so the answer to op's question is mob boss.
But I will definitely need that Driver's License later on, right?
Yeah, arson warehouse is very good for ce and also merits.
This is hard to know. Both are known to be good for your nerve bar.
I would say assassinate mob boss. Purely because its a mainly green crime result when you click it so you will be getting more crimes clicked than with stealth virus.
Trust me i know i clicked 10000 stealth virus crimes for all the merits and it took aeons because of all the blue results.
About 50% of the time you get a blue result on stealth virus.
The success rate on assassinate mob boss is far higher.
If you have finished all the computer edu to boost your hacking success rate plus the enhancher, 9 nerve stealth virus is better than mob boss. At least that's what happen to me.
Do 4's until you have the driver's license and can do arson warehouse.
You can never do enough 4's. It's worth merits en masse.
That'd be my tip. But out of the 2 you mentioned, prolly assassinate mob boss,
due to stealth virus' high chance of blue results
Im pretty sure hacking success rate from the Computer Science Education Course has nothing to do with Plant a Computer Virus Crime (9 nerve crime)
Theres a Hacking Crime (18 nerve crime)

Both counts as hacking crime so I put them in the same box. Sides the 18 nerve have high jail chance that can hurt CE.
If you are comparing these 2. I would say definitely Mob Boss. But Stealth virus is more green if you like to see them more. But if you are working for your NNB then definitely Arson Warehouse then Mob Boss.
