My open letter to Ched on staff abuse.

So i've been holding onto some information for a couple of weeks of a staff member that has been abusing staff tools for their faction / personal gain, contemplating whether i should do this or not. Now i am sure many people love Stretch and i've personally never had any problems with him but this is just 100% bullshit and should be called out

Storytime so readers can get context:

A couple of months ago after a few members of JFA left for MnC (they were losing members rapidly), Stretch went into Nova's chat logs, using his staff tools after hearing about jfa members messaging nova for entry into MnC, he wanted to see what other JFA members were planning to leave or what the previous members had said to Nova - while doing this, he found the conversation between Nova and Psychotica... Nova and Psychotica were talking about JFA and the leadership (Stretch).

Stretch saw this conversation and confronted Psychotica about it, being abusive and calling her a spy and such - to cover his own ass, Stretch then told Psychotica that Nova was taking screenshots of their conversations and passing them out to a lot of people. This made Psychotica mad at Nova and almost led them to stop being friends with each other... Nova reported Stretch after figuring out that the only way he would have known about their conversation was if he went through his chat logs, he soon got a reply from Chedburn who confirmed that staff abuse had taken place

My question to you Chedburn is why is Stretch still a staff / committee member? I am actually appalled at this shitty dealing of the situation as Midknight was fedded for 90 days and removed from the committee after doing something like this and Nabshitco was also removed from the committee for just being SUSPECTED of abusing committee knowledge (no actual proof yet he was removed)

I have had my own issues with him since last years elimination, after which he refuses to help me or acknowledge me anywhere. I believe this is because in his mind i didn't contribute much during the elimination.

If this is our staff I am honestly concerned. I don't much care about reading the messages part because Nova is noone special, and staffs read all our messages. Torn city never had a problem with that. However you are NOT allowed to be abusive to any players. Enough said.

Edit: to the poster below me, this is as clear abuse of power as it gets. And nothing has to be proven to you. I don't think any player will lie about what chedburn said. So no it is not an accusation without proof.

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FROM STRETCH. IF CHED KNEW ABOUT THIS THERE HAS TO BE AN EXPLANATION.

Without the screenshot of Ched actually saying this has happened, or him posting it in this forum, this is to me just an accusation without proof.



Also, what Midknight did, hurt the economy of the game, can't compare these two, allegedly, crimes as they are totally different.



The problem I have with this thread, and with many of your posts, is that you bring rumor, hearsay and opinion as a given fact. With that, it's quite hard for me to believe anything you post at all and I can imagine a lot of people have this same issue with your posts.

I don't have any staff access and yet I knew about Psy discussing things with Nova.. Unless you have some proof of the accusations, I would really like to know what is your beef with Stretch?

Did he decline your JFA membership application or just piss in your cereal?

MK did next to FA compared to what others have done and itys been "fine".

If this is true with Staff / Stretch then once more I ask 'just wtf is going on in those circles that allows it to be acceptable'.

IF this is just one of those troll posts from Champion again, he deserves a 90 day forum ban in my opinion, as this can be seen as trying to damage a staff player reputation on purpose.

You have no right to demand a forum ban for anybody.You are doing it in another thread about me, now you are doing it here. I have stated my issue with Stretch too, and it is not an attack on his reputation by any means.

IF stretch didn't abuse his staff tools and ched can confirm he never did it then i will give permission to have my karma 0'd by ched

Whenever Diva was sharing staff info I went straight to Ched and he replied to me. That could have been the better route. However, this provides for more drama so R+!

Did you try reporting Stretch? Since he is staff, it would be looked at by Ched.

But isn't the damage already done by posting this in the GD? Do you think a staff player would trade in his reputation just so you can have 0 karma? So my question to you is, what is the purpose of posting this in GD and making it public to anyone WITHOUT a reasonable amount of proof to back up your accusations? So IF this abuse didn't happen, you should be punished for purposely trying to damage someone the player should be able to trust by creating a misleading perception.



And really. Like I'm the only person to care about my 17k revives, you are the only person who cares about your 17k karma. Get that tampon out of your ass and get a reality check mate.
