Does anyone know what to glow stick does? I found it in the city but unsure if it's like the Vanity hand mirror https://www.torn.com/forums.php#!p=threads&f=3&t=16024954 and it's just pointless. The Glow stick is an Other Item. They come in many colors and make the perfect accessory for a night out in the city with your friends.

But no I don't think that was why, I was a sec at the time they were added I think and I don't remember that being mentioned. Ched was never in the secretary channel back then anyway.
