Read this as a good explanation. Power training is the best way to raise low stats fast however it is quite expensive
Mentions: Gym Training Guide for Beginners
Not attacking people will help. Train with that energy instead. If you can afford power training until you reach around 400k of each stat do it. After that just train as much as you can
1. Train all your E and set a timer to log on everytime your E bar is full
2. Become a donator (you don't have to use rl money), as this will give you more E. More E = More gym gains.
3. Do powertraining. Expensive but extremely effective under ca 400k for each stat. (You can fund this with in game activity, you might need to do some research of increasing your in game income)
4. Join a faction with steadfast. Steadfast allows for higher gym gains. Caveat: Many will require you to chain, however you can find a balance of fulfilling the chain requirements, and training the rest of your e throughout the day after that.
5. Army is a passive way to increase your defense. This will allow you to use your E on all other stats in the time you are accumulating job points. There is a guide for this in tutorials.
6. There's a company job that can help with Strength (I forget which)
7. There's a crazy guide by Hildegarde in tutorials if you want to go the super expensive route. Heck some people have money to throw around, you might be one of them.
8. Be very very active with focus on training and building stats.
Fitness center for number 6.
