You do know communication is a thing right. So instead of complaining on a forum do one of two things,
1. Send your armada on him and bounty him into the grave or
2. Be a normal human and communicate with him

Evidently, you need to change your playstyle in order to stop attracting this kind of attention.
Maybe if you spent less time creating forum threads that aren't particularly relevant to the majority of people in Torn, and didn't spend so much time demanding that players do as you please in the forums in the overwhelmingly egotistical manner that you do.
I used to post threads every now and then, but then I realised that what I was saying was pretty irrelevant and uninteresting for the majority of players, so I stopped.
Also, sharkeyfive can behave in any way he wants as long as he is not breaking the rules in Torn. If you are getting upset over the bounties he is placing on you, maybe you should just take a little bit of time out of the game to clear your head.
