Just wishing all the Muslims out there a happy Ramadan.
What is Ramadan?
It's the ninth month of the Muslim year, during which strict fasting is observed from dawn to sunset. We also fast to experience how the poor feel and we donate a lot to multiple factions for the poor, the sick, and the ones who are less unfortunate than we are
The Qur'an (which I guess you are referring to by 'book') is not the only source of wisdom or teachings that a Muslim can get. Muslims can also use the Hadith (collections of sayings from the Prophet Muhammad) , respected scholars, leaders of Islam, etc.
Happy month of fasting...Now if only Christians would stop wishing people merry Christmas. But what's the deal with a omnipotent being knowing all and seeing all like allah? But then he only sees what you're doing during the day because he sleeps at night? That's why Arab muslims in Dubai and Saudi Arabia drink alchohol at night? Omnipotent means he knows what's going on even if he's here or not awake or asleep...for all time...sounds like some you're leaders are just as corrupt as western politicians. The masses will always follow those with amassed fortunes
