How inept do you have to be to run a book but not be able to make horse racing work as an option? It has been a thing for over 400 hundred years but you clowns cant make it work. You even have a horseshoe as the bookie's logo??

apparently, some people are mad cuz other people in big hof factions are making shit load of cash cuz they know how to bet on horses, in torn, u SHOULD NOT make cash that quick, so, they decided to remove it, till bookie 2.0 is out.. u want horses back, tell Ched to get Bookies 2.0 out quick, and gl with that xD :P
Irl as bets are coming in the odds are recalculated and changed over time to account for the bookies possible losses/gains
In torn there is no system to recalculate or update to real time changes in odds. It was poring to much money into the game.
TMB tries to find anything to complain about the game.
If you don't like the game than don't play it, just quit. Make your own game.

This is utter tosh, live ods have been a thing for about 10 years, what do you think people did before that?
I bet if you looked at it people were loosing as much as they earned. This is a stupid decision probably made be some idiot looking at a snapshot of one or a few people that got lucky that day, and besides, lowering the max bid, or not allowing odds over a certain amount would have been a much better way to deal with the supposed problem.
The problem is poor management of a poor system.
