I am a forum addict. 

 

And I am often away from home - longboarding, work, cruising. 

 

As many of you probably know, I'm very active on here. Damn near 24/7 sometimes. 

 

As such, I burn through tremendous amounts of data. In 2 weeks I've blasted near 2 gigs. Eesh. 

 

Gd, do you play often on your phone, and if so, do you ever fear for your mounting phone bills?

Turn sigs off avoid all gifs :p

The game itself is low cost, But if you load all the high res images and gifs, It'll get quite big. I know you be a fan of the art stuff.... I'm willing to bet that's where your data goes.

I spent 10gb of data on my mobile when I moved and didn't have a landline for a month..... and this was my pre-torn days o___o

Honour bars aren't too bad, it's mostly just the gifs and things. 

 

However I do currently have a 20gb data plan so I don't find it too much of an issue in either case.

yea i'm honestly really surprised by how many people play this primarily on mobile. It's a much better game on desktop and i'm annoyed when i have to log in from mobile.

idk. i got 15gb of data per month and if i exceed the limit i pay 7 euros extra to get unlimited.

 

only ever capped it when my wifi broke for 2 days and used my data to download gta 5 lol

 

also if there was a stat on how much activity was on pc vs mobile. it would be skewed like 99.999% towards pc

I am a primarily mobile player, I spend a lot of the day on the move, at school... Etc. I find that my data usage on TORN is minimal, even when typing out a long shitpost or when posting graphics for profile pictures, I can't quite explain why your data usage is so high. What browser do you use?

I can agree on that. But the site was worst like a nightmare before RESPO took place. Now looks like  torn mobile is at peak

I used to play pre-respo Torn on Opera Mini. Was kinda okay, not as good as current mobile version though.

I recently stopped paying for prepaid plans with high amounts of data because it would cost too much money, but I was addicted to logging in anywhere I go and in my previous years was very useful when flower running.

Always on mobile. Thankfully I have an unlimited plan though they slow you down if you use too much. I turned off honor bars and such, mostly because it makes the forums to busy.
