How come I am not getting any more books ?

It's a random chance with the rewards I believe.

And if you've had all of them once... That's it.

i think there are around 40 different books, he can't be anywhere near that number yet.

I haven't seen any estimation of how long you'd have to be a subscriber on average to receive all books, but the longer you go without getting one the higher the chance next month.

You can also buy them from Duke with mission points, and I think it might be possible to find one in the city. I would guess that it's not impossible to have most or all by now.

Though, it is very unlikely to have them all.

Ive had 2 months of subscriber awards due to signing up on like the 28th of july so manage to fet August and septemeber rewards and i have got a book on both occasions 

Books shmucks everyone knows why people sub, for the fanny pack and duct tape!

I got one in my second month, lucky I guess.

Can you tell me if book effects are permanent? Or they disappear after 30 days?

Book effects depend on the book, but the longest ones last 30 days. Some of them are simply one-time effects (such as the addiction reduction) that trigger at the end of the 30 day period.

That being said, the benefits from many of the books stick around. For example, if a book increases your stats passively by 100% for 30 days, that will go away at the end. But if a book increases your stat growth by 30% then at the end of the month you'll keep whatever stats you gained.

I just got my second book through the subscribers reward. My first book came from there aswell, but I did have a month gap were I did not get a book. So it is completely random as when you are getting them.

 

Best bet is to get subscribers option and save up mission credits, as soon as you see one snatch it up.

Library card expired?
