Depends how you define being top 5. Simple as that.
If you go by respect, yeah defo. States it right at the HOF .
Who is the strongest, thats more or less subjective. Sure someone could count their stats but then there are things as finances, activity and strategy that pay to that.

Seems like they have shown in the past they are top 5 material and unless there is some recession over there, I think it likely continues. So hard to really discern anything these days with no warring going on though =[

The well has been sufficiently posioned by...toxic personality...that it will be hard to maintain the level of excellence MnC has had. Myhedin built a beast, left the legacy to Nova, whom I respect for his vision up until recently.

They were top 3 but after lily joined top 2 easy, SA ain't got shit on them now
with nova not leader anymore, yes they have taken back at least 4th
Not sure, when people start fighting back they usually bail or call in their fam at jfk for help.
