New edu

How about some new edu courses? I maxed out my learning time and finished all the courses. I don't really feel like spending points to redo my character, especially since I play on mobile mostly. Either make more courses or tell us that's it.

I don't think we've even had any teasers (newsletters or patch notes) about new courses being added anytime soon.

All advising at this point in time points toward resetting merits and removed merits put toward education if you have them all completed now.

We all think surely it will have to happen at some point when higher education courses are added but that seems to be quite a bit on the back burner in the dev world.

But I like not rehabbing.

Now there's "books". Ok, where did that come from? I've trying to stock pile all my treasures. I just think we should have an edu goal, and that's it. Or you can keep your points, until the next update. I just really wish we knew how to tweak or character.

At least a 30 day “Continuing Education” course that grants some work stats. 

The book "High School For Adults" gives a merit reset when read. 

Maybe some trades like auto mechanic, and welder, and somehow tie that into the racing part of the game.

Maybe courses related to positions in companies.  From Accountant to Chocolatier to Geologist.

This is a beautifully simple solution.

Keeps education mildly relevant to all players, and doesn't need to provide any major benefit. Can provide a small monthly boost, so it isn't an unfair advantage to older players. Something like +100-300 working stats per month would be entirely non-controversial.

More importantly for devs, this is extremely simple.

I hope this idea keeps being bumped.

I agree with the 1st part of this, racing education would be cool. Seeing as there's already several courses that don't directly affect battle stats this would be a nice boost to people heavy in this part of the game. We have large events based on it so why not.

We've been told "that's it" about 45 years ago. Well, not that long, but I've been waiting for new courses (or even repeatable courses) for many years now.

New education? I wouldn't bet on it. I posted a thread a while back exposing that they are considering removing education from torn altogether

I am not mad at you, you aren't relevant enough for me to hold any strong feelings towards you. I do liked the game though, and don't want any newcomers to lose the opportunity to learn ad love this game just because they were unfortunate enough to run into the likes of you.

I wonder, why don't you just move on to another game, greener pastures, where people might still believe the lies (some blatant, some subtle) you come up with. Surely, that'd be more fun to you?
