Where do I find out what "Torn time" is?

Where do I find out what "Torn time" is?
if you're in Torn, the Torn time is under the side bar (left side)
if you're out of torn (traveling), you have to go to either chat boxes for forum posts to get the time
go to trade chat, for example, at it will show you the time of the last message. Trade chats happen just about every minute or frequently, so you can go there just about anytime to get the current Torn time. You can also post in the forum and it will then timestamp your post with torn time, or just read the most recent forum post by another and check the timestamp.
I would note also, that I vaguely recall there being a bug/issue or suggestion thread that Ched commented on about moving the Torn time to a more prominent location at the top of Torn pages so it would also be visible and easy to find.
If your a mobile user it's at the top right. Click on the "i" icon
