This guy has an 11 day old tv named "playboy mayanmar"
This is staged to a multi can transfer to a main..... you get a multi up to 9b start a tv then a week later you say, "yeah going to quit, I'll hold a raffle" right...

Edit: although after checking the black market for Torn values, I would guess it's a direct TV company sale for real cash - could be wrong though.
