Like 10 kidnap mayor sucks imo.
It will be curious to see how I compare to you for crime totals what level of + crime experience do you have?. Almost all my crimes are kidnap mayor. I do get arrested once every 1-2 weeks now since the special has been out.

I have faction specials in crime. 21% there. A few days before I hit 60 I put 3 ticks in merits for an extra 9%
The 1138 times you were jailed hurts. Every time you are jailed you lose CE other than failed busts, those dont seem to hurt.
