To add to my thread, this was an issue I had with the iPhone 8 Plus.
I now have an iPhone SE running latest iOS 12.1.4 and there continues to be no notifications.

Using the Torn app v0.2.18 and still not receiving notifications.

Have not received a single notification from the app despite enabling them, even set my phone to allow the app to ignore do-not-disturb modes to check if that was the issue and it still doesn't work.

my wife has the same issue - not getting any notifications - iphone 7 all up-to-date.

I tried the same, but I'm still not receiving any notifications. I've tried deleting and reinstalling as well, still nothing.

Is there any status update on when this bug will be fixed? I’m in the United States, but maybe China has finally hacked us so I can’t receive Torn notifications
To echo Uncle, it would be nice to have an update.
Does the testflight version still work for notifications?
