Hey Team. Im not getting any notifications from the Android App.
Application version 0.2.7,
Android Version 8.1.0 --at the moment this is the maximum my phone can update to.
notifications enabled in the App. the correct notifications are enabled in the top of the list. Notifications are enabled on the phone.
1. is 9.0 Required for the notifications?
2. Second, can a developer trace me the route the Notifications take to get Phones. Since i am in China i have a suspicion that somewhere along the route its getting flagged by the Wall, which is causing the notifications to not get through, even though i can use the app itself
Most likely in China google notification not work, but need to check this point. Do you receive any notifications from other applications or google services.
It looks like the something blocking sending of your device token. Could you please try to delete the app and install the new version. In should be v 0.2.9 and notify me
Mine were all working even with update but my home and recent apps buttons stopped working so I had to factory reset and now they don't work for me. I've checked everything and tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still nothing.
I've tried becoming a beta tester for the app after uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck with getting any notifications. But my phone gets notifications from any other app just fine. I'm presently in India atm, does that have any correlation?
I recently uninstalled the app and cleared my cache ect, as I was experiencing the issue of items making the app freeze, after I reinstalled the app none of the events I receive give me a push notification. I've tried re-installing, but nada.
Just tacking on here, I’m going through the same issue. Appears to have happened after an Android system update. All other notifications coming in as expected. I’m in the US.
