When Rules are updated the link appears red and flashing on the sidebar, but on the actual Rules page the new stuff isn't highlighted any way as far as I can tell? Unless I completely missed it can any additions or changes be made clear please?

There hasn't been any changes that I know of. As far as I am aware, the Rules link comes back on the Sidebar once a year. It's essentially a refresher of the Rules, I guess?

Ah. Well perhaps at least that could be clear, I was confused as to what I was trying to look for tbh.

To remove it, you can visit the page and accept the rules at the bottom. If you do not accept the rules, nothing will happen - it'll just continue pulsing red until you do. Once accepted, it then won't appear again for a year.

I have accepted the rules multiple times and it still comes up flashing red every so often and I thought the same as prox that there must have been an update or something but I can't seem to find any changes
