Duke gave me the quest to mug someone and return their money to them, but the given target has an empty wallet. I reckon that my only solution to this is to send them some money and take it right back. What's the minimum amount I can send to be able to get something out of their wallet?

they might be under "mug protection" too and you'd just have to wait it out before trying to mug again
