So in the other thread I made (here) Capel said that players should go and read recent reviews left on the play store for the torn app, shortly after; bogie posted - judging by his post the review that was left by Capel stated that the admins defend pedos on this game:

I wanted to see what the community thought of this fedding in a separate thread instead of derailing the other one

Something to note down is that Capel is a f**king idiot who has always made crazy claims such as me knowing staff personally and them always giving me insider information which is known about by ched and a ton of other lies.

Did Capel deserve the fedding? In my opinion yes but I could see why people would be concerned as the action didn't take place in Torn, however, when people go to download a game on the playstore they check the reviews, if there are terrible reviews then it may stop people downloading it. From what it looks like Capel tried to leave a shitty review to make a mockery of Torn and that in turn would probably end up stopping people from joining the game and stunting torn's growth (which is needed for the longevity of it)

What? he gave his honest thought about torn in his review. how the f**k does this justify him getting banned? that's f**king insane.

Personally, I've thought about leaving a torn review on the play store but I was afraid I might get banned, seeing how that literally happens is just insanity. getting banned for leaving a negative review? what.

Yeah he deserves it, if it actually was him. You just don't use the pedo card unless you have some evidence. Unfounded allegations hurt the game, the business and us as players.

Capel did technically slander the staff and should be fedded temporarily for it, but I think that the community manager replying to a third-party review stating staff (including himself) toxciity and incompetence is extremely suspect. That response was unprofessional.. a "We in the staff disagree, and wish you had taken your concerns up directly with us" kind of response would have been much better.

I wonder how they linked the fake reviews to the in game account. If that was done accurately then I think he definitely deserved the ban.

Even again if it was legitimately Capel chiming in with a false account, that response makes the staff look needlessly defensive. If it's bullshit then just say "yeah this is wrong, ask the other players." Just my $.02

This is some shit.

Staff have hereby set a precedent to punish people in-game for things done offsite (to date this is never done, and staff will not help if, for example, someone DDoS you to win a game of RR. Forced time-out, they automatically win.)

Moreover, if this is true, bogie has tried and convicted someone without proof

or

he has released a player's name to the player base, which is a no-no.

Either scenario points very strongly to staff corruption.

To be fair, I have left a 1* review on the Android app store, but that is just for the app itself. The app is trash imo, the only real purpose it was supposed to serve was notifications, and I can't get notifications to work. There has been an open bug report about that for months. I haven't been fedded (at least not yet) for leaving that review. However, if you mention LIES in the review, that can potentially cripple Ched's business, then you have it coming.

the problem is you said "i am Guessing" that he left the review

so the question is DO you know 100% that he left that review? even if there is a 1% chance it might not of been him he shouldn't be fedded unless you are 100% sure.

Sweet then case closed :D He defo should be in fed, was just worrying when in the original post it was "i guess" instead of "i know/we know"
