The factions members are a bunch of idiots anyway. clearly been caught out with their multi farms and decide to put bounties on others claiming THEY are multis? come on now guys, is this another one of your jokes?

This has been adjusted thanks.

The original aim was to ease competition over employees. I.e. More casual company owners would allow inactive players to remain in their company at a 50% loss of effectiveness, meaning in general there are far more employees to spread amongst all the companies. However it is clear now that the community is not totally in favour of this.

I don't see this as a significant problem for 'gold farmers' as it's very simple to just login to each account occasionally. However, forcing them to do so may increase the likelihood of them being picked up by multihunter.

After an employee has been inactive for at least a day, their effectiveness is now decreased from 0% to 100% over the course of the next 10 days (10% per 24 hours of inactivity, after the first 24 hours).

I only see a problem with this for those rare companies that arent very popular and most employees are inactives like with Meathwarehouse and others, since it is a problem about 'gold farmers' could it be restricted to those companies that make significiant money with the company like tv station , oil rig etc?

thank you :) the main aim was that they need login time to time and that gives them a bigger risk to get cached. + I think it is easy now to staff members because they can give legit question why they pay employes 0 if they are active and why employees keep working if they don`t get a paycheck (I talk about companies that hire employees for a payment not for specials)

So thank you :)

Thanks for the change. If we could get an update and see how this effected economy down the road that would be nice.

Sorry for all the blowback that will undoubtly come as a result of this by people that dont pay attention to this secton. Im sure it will be substantial but worth it long term.

This seems very extreme. Players go on vacations all the time. I'll stand by loyal employees who are out 2-3 weeks if they are reliable in general. Maybe at a month things should be 0'ed but just 10 days is excessive.

This change hurts casual employees the most.

So, now we all have to spend more time recruiting new employees constantly, and probably be less successful doing it. And this is supposed to be an improvement to the game?

Am I reading this correctly in saying that after 2 days inactivity effectness is essentially tanked? If so this is a ridiculous change

for 5 first days, it is same as the old system.
At the old system, after 1 day inactivity, it dropped 10% each day till 50% and stoped, now it doesn`t stop and drops till 0.
so if you had employes that are inactive 2-3 days it will be same as in old system

You don't even run a company? Do you even realize how many real players will be hit by this nerf? There are not enough active players around to properly fill up all companies.
