He runs a scam with another player. She sets the trades and cancels then he mugs.

imo RMTers should be permabanned no exception

Pretty bad and hes whored as well. I cant remember the total but its bad and it is on the forums somewhere. I remember a thread of peril of some kind and someone posted a spy report in there. I attacked him once or twice and he is very very weak.
