Nobody is going to even buy this... Ched really loves making worthless specials.
You have exchanged 50 job points for 33x Tear Gas. You have exchanged 50 job points for 29x Shrooms. You have exchanged 50 job points for 100x Wolverine Plushie. You have exchanged 50 job points for 100x Dart Board. You have exchanged 50 job points for 100x Stingray Plushie. You have exchanged 50 job points for 100x Dart Board. You have exchanged 50 job points for 14x LSD.
Another absolute joke of a special.
Are you sure you want to add 476 items across 4 categories for a total of $6,029,675 to your Bazaar.
I was told about someone who increased income by (likely) $125M for the week, so atm we look at up to $100M in rare cases. I agree on the likely end price of $25M once we see more companies at 10*.
Max productivity goes beyond 150% you know, 100% for minimum stats, 150% for double stats, and I'm pretty sure it goes 175% for triple stats and so on. I'm not sure if it also buffs someone on drugs? Could also be that he hired people with base stats, and they all went up by 50%.
Little thing about productivity btw, when productivity rises so does income. The income is not what gets the buff, but it increases as a result.
Either way, people will be willing to spend their added income on these buffs, it basically pays itself as long as you don't pay beyond the added income.
I can see a lot of people are pissed off and bashing the special. There can be other uses to the special however. It could be good for factions that have companies that are up and coming and they want to keep productivity up. So far it seems like it operates like a extra Stock BB..
Just so everyone is aware increasing productivity increases the likelihood of gaining a star. Higher productivity can actually cause a jump in stars like possibly go from 0-2 ect. This is extremely valuable for starting companies so the value depends on the company and its potential for profit if you can start a company and pay 50 mill extra a week and be guaranteed to gain a star every week that is definitely worth it for a profitable company.
It's not possible to gain more than one star per week. Also, it's extremely easy to rank up a low level company so the bottom line is that the special is not worth a lot to anyone.
Only thing one can benefit from it is when a starter company have say, 10 employee with overall 50% efficiency or so (less than 100% overall efficiency), then the special kicked in and boost the productivity to somewhat to gain more income, thus competition is on.
Not really, companies work with hidden xp and during those boosts you acquire extra xp points and that you never lose, say 2 companies start on the same level with the same overall staff and efficiency levels, but 1 has had a boost and as such gained extra xp points compared to the other company, as such that will always star up faster than the company that never got a boost.
