Synopsis
You awake in a lush forest, at what appears to be mid-day. You hear birds chirping in the distance, and a gentle breeze rustling the leaves of the trees.
Up ahead in a clearing you can see a small log cabin. There is no light in the windows, no smoke coming from the chimney, and no sound you can hear coming from inside. The path to the front door is overgrown with weeds, but the door is slightly open.
As you begin to stand, you notice a small purple sack at your feet, with 'Needful Things' inscribed on it in golden thread. You logically assume this sack contains every item that you could ever possibly need, so you pick it up.
Gameplay
This will play out in the form of a classic text-based adventure, where you are presented with a scenario and 3 (or so) options; you pick an option, and the next person writes the response to that choice, and presents some more options.
Example:
Person A [response] :
You are standing in front of the house, the front door is slightly open.Person B [command] :
> open door
> leave house
> go to sleep
> open door
Person C [response] :
You open the door and walk inside. There is a ham sandwich on the floor.
> eat it
> step on it
> leave it and look around the house
Person B [command] :
> eat it
Guidelines
1) No double-posting. If you post an action, someone else writes the response, and so forth.
2) Include the action in the response. If the action is "> open door", start the response with something like "You push open the door and..."
4) The sack of Needful Things does indeed include every item you could possibly ever think of, or have obtained on your journey.
Edit: I originally suggested the responses leave the commands open-ended, but people seem to be enjoying presenting 3 command options, so those are the new rules!
