Looks like R and UR are double teaming aXiom in an effort to take their properties. As of right now, doesn't look it's much of a fight - which makes sense since the rumor is that aXiom isn't the main target - I'm hearing it's a possibility R* is just passing through on their way to 39th? Not sure why though...
UR currently doesn't hold any territories and aXiom has two rackets for $10m daily - so would make sense that R would be going after their territories:

I also noticed that MMCP's Nemesis aka BigDick has jumped over to help their allies:

Nemesis: drunk and went to the wrong house... now i gotta wait for my uber to pick me back up

It would make sense that Nemesis would be eager to help out if R is actually going after 39th.
The current wars are happening over in S4 and unfortunately for aXiom - regardless of why R is paying them a visit - this seems to be the entire faction's view atm...

Hopefully we'll see some fight out of aXiom like we did with PT/WP - but can't say I really blame them for not fighting if R really is heading towards 39th XR and their just the stepping stone along the way. Although if that was the case - why have the wars at all? Why not just let them pass through?
I'm hoping that the rumor is true, R vs 39th would probably be a lot more interesting than the current wars going on.

R still taking the two territories but 39th has taken over the remaining territories - including the two $10m rackets.

So apparently 39th tried to bully their "friends" at aXiom for a large portion of their rackets. Then aXiom S7d themselves...then 39th picked up the territories with the rackets... then R said they wanted the rackets and 39th gave them up without a fight.
