Granted, being diagnosed with MPD/DID often leads to the doctors getting out their broadest net and slapping BPD, schizophrenia, autism and a bunch of other disorders against you, but yeah, I'm pretty sure schizophrenia can and does exist in and of itself. OP definitely smoked the largest rock of crack he could find before typing that drawl up XD
