This guy doenst look like a crimenal to me he is honest and admit that he did drink. He also asked to be taken home because he did know he can't drive. The cops chould also explain that he did drink to much and that he has to go with them. But this cop got hostile wich scared him I guess.

I also wounder how 2 cops can lose a taster to 1 drunk guy ? and since he was unarmed and not a real threat maybe they chould shoot him in the leg ? why they had to shoot 3 times like he was armed or a dangrous criminal who was trying to escape?

This is exactly what's wrong.

Cops are not judge, jury, and executioner. They arent supposed to be ANY of those. Yet, we have people in this forum that think so.

It's amazing how other countries can fire less than 10 bullets a whole year. And still deal with violent drunkards, people with knives, tasers, etc.

At the carjacking. Shoot him.

If you watch the video you can see the cop switch his flashlight to his left hand and start reaching for his gun prior to the taser firing. The guy is running and firing a taser over his back which obviously misses. Tasers have one shot cartridges and these cops did a pat down so they know he has no weapons. I'll admit fighting with cops and shooting a taser at them not a great plan but who hasn't done really stupid shit while drunk and how does that mean you should be killed for it?

More importantly I just want some consistency, a cop in Fairfax, Va shoots a guy with a taser, punches him and then pushes the fired taser into his neck to tase him again. Why? Because he thought the guy was someone else. People say oh it was an honest mistake, he shouldn't be fired or prosecuted. Now a black guy has a taser and it's reason to execute him. I just don't get it, white cop = honest mistake, black guy = threat to eliminate...please explain it to me.
