Was wondering what the stat Quality meant on guns and armor and what they do.

Reflective of their offensive/defensivestats, 100% being the perfect item and nothing is better (rounding) and 0% being the worst you could get
So if a weapon could roll between 52.00 and 54.00 damage with 60.00 and 62.00 accuracy, having them 54 dam and 62acc would yield a 100% quality score
