And I'm an extremely active player too but I don't always have time to scroll through hundreds of threads made daily, nor do I really enjoy entering the cesspool of shitposts and drama that I don't care about.

Seems like an update of this nature that affects hundreds if not thousands of directors, there should have been the common courtesy of making a post in the announcement threads to give us a heads up. is what it is, I'm just gonna fire the dude and hire someone else, which is a damn shame cause he's a nice guy who just came back to playing but I'm not gonna pay an employee that has 0% effectiveness in my company.

I doubt he’ll care much.
If he didn’t do any significant game activity why would he care about a job?

Ofcourse it would be quite inconvenient if he’s your multi that suddenly requires more effort.

Yea except my employee has logged in all week after not playing for months or years or however long. It's all the other things that apparently factor into it that we're saying should have been disclosed/mentioned. I'm just going to avoid hiring anyone trying to get back into the game after a prolonged absence since idk what it is they need to do to not lose effectiveness, not worth the gamble to accept someone and it turn out they're completely useless.

All they have to do is actually play the game. Significant action=play some casino games, train/attack a few people, hit the crime buttons a few times, anything really.

Logging in just to look at money on hand is not playing the game
