According to the wiki, the primary and secondary stats should complement each other to give the stats efficiency.

My current working stats:

M 974
I 301
E 1742

My current stat efficiency (as shown in the company) is 38

My position is Sales Assistant in a 2*AN so my main stat is Endurance (4000) and the secondary is Manual (2000) and gain max of 41E and 21M

Today I was trained (25M 50E) and got 18M and 34E

So, for the efficiency my real stats was:

M: 974 - 18 - 25 = 931
E: 1742 - 34 - 50 = 1658

My primary stat efficiency should be:

Primary stat: 1658 / 4000 * 66.6% = 27.63%
Secondary stat: 931 / 2000 * 33.3% = 15.51%

Total stat efficiency = ~43.14%

Yet, the company says my stat efficiency is 38%

Does something changed? This doesn't take into consideration BUS2110, wich should give extra stats, not less.

That's not quite how it works, I believe the working stats provide a maximum efficiency of 90% (if you exactly match the requirement), with the remaining 10% given via settling in bonus.

Settling in is a period of time after joining a company. I think it's meant to simulate normal onboarding of employees, like orientation and training. It starts at 0 and goes up to 10 as you stay in the company, though I forget the exact time frame, I'm certain it is less than a week.

A couple of questions about this:

Is director education(which is up to +12 I believe) bundled in with the 10% given via settling in bonus?

When you say working stats provide a maximum efficiency of 90% does that mean the effect of working stats is scaled down 90% or is there a hard cap on how much working stats contribute to efficiency (ie. 1 trillion vs 10 trillion work stats having the same efficiency)

If working stats are scaled down 90%, is that 90% applied before or after computing the working stat #? (ie. 1000 man 1000 end becomes 900 man 900 end which then gets plugged into the formula that gives the working stat # or does the 1000 man 1000 end get plugged into the formula and then the 90% is applied to the output of that function? (For example, 1000 man 1000 end gives a working stats # of 100 which then gets the 90% applied so working stats: +90 is shown on the company page?

Thanks,

There's an education course that directors can take to increase working stats, that'd increase the employee working stats and effect that base 90% at 1 to 1 ratio. The other course is shown under "Director education".

I was just saying that if the employee has exactly the stats required of them, their effectiveness under their 'working stats' will be 90.

43.14 x 0.9 = 38.826%
So this means efficiency is not rounded like the other bonus.
The manager bonus is calculated before settling bonus?

Yesterday

1134 M & 2090 E
Stats shown = 48

1134/2000*0.333 = 0.189
2090/4000*0.666 = 0.34833

Total Calculated = 0.4836 (0.5373 * 0.9)

It matches the 48 shown

Today

1153 M & 2127 E
Stats shown = 48

1153/2000*0.333 = 0.1921
2127/4000*0.666 = 0.3545

Total Calculated = 0.4919 (0.5466 * 0.9)

It doesn't match the 48 shown

So far all the data from other days this week matched the 90% described by Ched's post.
