So lord joined my pub yesterday, he was online for a little while, left a job, rejoined, trained or whatever he does and joined my company. Mousing over his name says "inactivity -165" How is this even possible? what must 1 do to be considered active. That seems excessive

I dunno how to get a screen shot of his job effectiveness or I would take 1 of that

Ive read back and I agree that people inactive should be attributed the inactivity debuff in a company, but I do not see anywhere stating how that debuff comes off. I assumed it was immediate once the player is active again, but in this case it is not.

We actually have no idea what counts for activity

I'd recommend you think of something, say x amount of time online, and let him do that, so we can find the root cause.

Unless ched just gives the answer but idk why you'd do that.

I believe someone's gonna try captcha only, so it might be, or we could end up ruling that it, so whatever happens.

Where is it stated how it comes off? Speculated sure, but no one at least from what I have seen have said how inactive status is supposed to fall off for long term inactive ppl upon their return.

It is, bogie has a pinned post somewhere in bugs and issues.

100% confirmed, "active" is considered to be someone who logs in, and does a gym/crimes (or flying) daily. (AKA: Completes the captcha)
It's part of the system to catch company multis.

So it's come down to a "pinned post somewhere" instead of being anywhere official or in questions etc or the company tutorial page? I appreciate the help mate, but maybe I'll just wait for a response.

You can help the staff all you want but if they implement a change that is this big and affect as many people as it does and raises enough questions then perhaps they need to rethink how they inform players of changes to systems that have been in place for literal years.
