Ched is great, love his personality and ideas.

But Ched doesn't know how to be a project manager or a boss, he learned it all on the job, and frankly he learned it wrong.

I don't think that having him hire someone will help, though.
The largest problem is that he doesn't properly value the concept of a deadline..
So meeting deadlines and GETTING THINGS DONE aren't going to be high on the list of things he's looking for when hiring.
So we might hire in a high-integrity, great-communicator with admirable enthusiasm, but it'd still take 10 years to put out the next set of missions, because the timetable just isn't a factor, making his visions reality is the only thing that matters.

Ched wouldn't accept the cuts that any real project manager would insist on.

So I applaud your idea, but alas, don't think applying it is worth the effort.

it'd take about 20 minutes before a newly elected prime minister of Torn would be forced to f**k a pig

Why is everyone so horny on managers?

I have seen countless managements drive companies down the drain..

It`s why I love torn, it`s completely the opposite from a sterile clean `perfect picture` company.
It has drama, no adds, very human ( who doesn't make mistakes? ) and a soul.

Don`t let management run this into the ground with deadlines, a vision or god forbid `blue sky thinking`..

Keep on going strong torn!!

Tornocracy is a system of government whereby the highest almighty, praise be to thee, power of the rng lives of torn citizens belongs to Chedburn (proven to be such a god the way he never actually plays...) followed by his loyal minions who distort the laws of the Tornocracy to define the rules set out by His mandates.

After that there's the bogie monster and his elected minions that interact with the citizens of Torn to ensure all of Cheds mandates that have been implemented are strictly followed according to the scripture of Rules (clicky clicky yay)

To upset the current balance of such a delicately, finely tuned system is the equivalent of putting salt into a cup of coffee/tea and then drinking it through your nose. I demand this act of insubordination be met with a punishment of bad rng luck for the OP (just joking, its all for lol's).

Praise be to thee almighty Chedburn and His autocratic system of government that has enabled such systems by installing such a devout lackey such as the bogie monster and thereby ensuring the longevity of all the lives in the great land of Torn.

TLDR; I just made up some mumbo jumbo saying it's fine. Things could be worse.

You are kind of broad with the project manager term, expect for him to do the scrum master job, the product owner and maybe a bit of marketing as well.
