I'm wanting to collect all the bricks in the game so if you have any please send them my way. free would be nice but if you need payment i'll buy in bulk.

Looking at how many bricks are currently in torn, buying all of them would cost atleast ~53b, not counting on the fact that people overcharge for large quantities of items.
Even if you had that money at least 10% of all these bricks are probably in the inventory’s of accounts that went inactive, plus quiet a few of these bricks are probably also In the hands of people that want to try and get max weapon xp for them.
Also, some of them are collected by people that just like to collect stuff. And the dump probably also contains a few bricks due to the merit for dumping 5000 items, with bricks being one of the items that you can obtain fairly cheaply in those quantities.
It’s good to set yourself goals, but this one is pretty much impossible.

good luck with that but i dont think this is possible maybe you will manage to get a big amount of them but not all of them

sorry bro but i think it's almost impossible cause i bought like 400 bricks and just dump it, i think you need to find all of them cause no one other than those who appreciate a brick would pick them, im guaranteed they'll toss them too
