My energy randomly started dropping by 5 for no reason way faster than it's even regenning

It went from 50 to 45 to 40 before I could even regen 5...I don't think it was a virtual glitch but it isn't impossible I guess
Your Energy regen looks fine, you are not missing anything
You probably noticed a visual glitch. The issue has already been reported in this report. The bars sometimes jump a step or two extra visually when you are around the 5 min mark. A page refresh or navigating to a different page restores the bar to normal.
