I want that mask so I can be like my favorite pornstar.
Remove all the doubles in both side and we mathematically end up with:
NICE = WEIRD

Are there any of these NPCs that low stat players have a chance of beating or just high stat ones?
Nobody (pretty much) has a chance at beating NPCs solo. Join a group attack and you have a chance to get some loot

No, just use a temp if you want to help
Lots of low levels get in on group NPC fights: https://www.torn.com/loader.php?sid=attackLog&ID=e3ec66e326878a3eb4d45f5c0ffa9c1b
Hmmm..... A shot at a Loot Level V NPC tomorrow, count me in
I'm after that frying pan.
A shot at a Loot Level V does not exist in Torn on any NPC. Never has and ain't gonna likely start tomorrow. Can we please all let this bunny alone until it hits IV this month? Thanks in advance. :)
Npc's, when first introduced, start at loot level V

Hi guys - just so there's no disappointment - as a heads up - Easter Bunny loot will go live from 9am TCT tomorrow.
Thanks.
Thanks.
that time is better than night tct. cheers
So, like always, something gets started at a time when all North and South American players are still in bed.
The alternative is doing it when all the developers are in bed, so if there's an issue there's no one around to immediately fix it. I am sorry to disappoint but not everything is done solely for Americans. You will have an entire month in which to attack the Bunny.
