Honestly these bounties are too low to keep them in hospital indefinitely. Sometimes it is the right thing to do to throw good money after bad, because in a situation like this, it's more than financial, it's a matter of faction pride. If you let them get away with it, what's to stop others from messing with your faction and your members? The only way is to make the consequences greater than than the reward, and although it is a small reward, it really seems like with this current reaction that you guys won't stand the test of time with the whole bountying til either you guys give up or they quit.

The low level bounties are just the reminder of who this vault theif is. You can throw bounties big or small , just pile em on and wveryone else that give the last few precious f**ks will tag em, cause f**kma vault thief.

also lesson to all fac leaders dont just randomly give vault access, it took me half a year+ of pure dedication and work to earn mine. dont just hand it out because "theyre nice" remember this is torn People can be VERY 2 faced so always consider deeply whether to give people vault access or not.
