Survivalist Honor Bar

I tried to get the survivalist honor bar (win an attack with only 1% life remaining) by doing the Duke's Mission "Out of the Frying Pan" which requires you to use Felovax while in jail and then use Zylkene while in hospital.

I got out of the hospital with literally 1 hp left thanks to the Zylkene. I attacked a noob inactive to make sure I didn't take any damage. Mugged them for some spare cash and didn't get the merit. I made sure to do all this within 5mins so I didn't regen any hp.

So what's the hidden requirement for the Survivalist Honor Bar besides winning an attack with only 1% life remaining? Do you have to take any amount of damage? Do you have to start the fight with full hp? Thanks in advance!

You have to start with more than 1% HP.

Just chain with targets with 3x FF, you’ll get it eventually.

It's 1% life not 1 life. you have 1787 life, so would need to end on 17 - 18 life depending how it is rounded.

Top answer, same tactic I used for peppered, finale and triple tap.

Got to receive a damaging hit in the fight, otherwise everyone would just fill blood bags and 1 shot someone for it

It does come naturally just from doing missions. Some of the mission targets you are given will be very close matches for you in a fight. I got it from doing missions if i recall correctly.

Aside from all of the above, the higher your max life is the easier it is to get this merit. But yeah, you'll eventually just get it randomly from chaining or missions, not worth chasing this merit imo.
