She's not a rumor. She was confirmed as the next mission giver. Just hadn't been a development priority.

TBF, we all asked for a crumes update before a missions update and we've already got Duke missions and a handful of other NPC's added.

I'd rather Ched wrap up RW adjustments and get C2.0 out before another mission provider.



Regarding these items. They look like either a batch of items for various upcoming purposes, possibly including Amanda and the new crimes system.
