Not sure if this is a bug, but it has happened to me at least 3 times this week. Under the "Information" side panel, in the energy section.
When the energy refill timer hits 00:00, if I am refreshing a page or clicking on a different link, I do not gain the 5 energy like I am supposed it, it stays the same, and the timer still resets.
Example: 20 energy, refill timer hits 00:00, click item on navigation menu or refresh page, refill timer goes to 09:59, 20 energy in bar (not 25)

could this be the visual bug that makes it look like you had more than you should have before the 00:00 and then after it you refreshed and it went to the real value (looks the same)?
ive had this happen a lot of times but that was the reason why for me.
Definitely not, I've been actively watching it. It's only happening after I am supposed to get the energy at the 00:00 point, and upon moving to a new page/refreshing. At no point does the energy or nerve go up more than it should or double up
You probably encountered the Time Bouncing bug. The issue has already been reported in this report. The bars sometimes jump a step or two extra visually when you are around the 5 min mark. A page refresh or navigating to a different page restores the bar to normal and gives the feeling that you lost energy/nerve.
