It might not catch him before going in, but we could put a system in that alerts 911 instantly when gunshots are captured. Which would help the response time for the police to get there. Will also help with a bunch of other crimes as well like mugging and what not.

So, if white replacement is a conspiracy theory, what is happening? It's obvious based on demographic studies and census information that something is happening. The percentage of whites in US and Europe has been steadily declining due to immigration and maybe to a lesser extent having less children than other people. It's obvious that it is happening. Is it like the holocaust? We aren't allowed to investigate it or talk about it in a less than virtuous manner? Is it a bad thing that white people are concerned that the white percentage in USA has dropped from 72% to 61% in the last decade? Why are we allowing immigration of this magnitude? Is it in the name of diversity? What non-white countries are using immigration to diversify their countries? Is Israel diversifying yet?
